What is “residential” assisted living?
When you picture a seniorliving facility, you think of a building with many rooms (or apartments) and many people either working or living there. There is a big parking lot and a “directory” and elevators and a lot of things going on. While this may be the first choice for some, there might be those who prefer a more quiet, intimate environment.
Residential senior living homes are located in neighborhoods and look just like a typical home. They are designed to give those living there a feeling that they are still “home”. There are many of the same senior living services offered at a residential home as there are at a larger facility such as therapies, activities, meals, assistance with daily activities, and more.

Sunmun Luxury Senior Living is an exclusive residential community offering exceptional care to seniors who require assistance with daily activities. With a maximum of just 16 residents, Sunmun maintains an unparalleled caregiver-to-resident ratio—ensuring needs are met promptly and with the utmost attention.
Our intimate, boutique setting provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents feel valued, seen, and never lost in the crowd. In addition to thoughtfully designed shared spaces, residents can enjoy moments of peace and privacy in their spacious, elegantly appointed suites.
Do you accept Medicaid?
No, we are a Private Pay home.
What are your terms of your leases?
We offer month-to-month rental agreements. There is no long-term commitment or “buy-in” to our senior living buildings. If a resident decides to move out our home, for whatever reason, there is only a thirty (30) day notice required.
Do you accept Long Term Care Insurance?
Yes, we do!
Do you offer respite senior living services?
Depending on resident occupancy, yes we will offer respite senior living services as long as we have the room available. Fees will be discussed prior to move-in.
